What is Fall Market

Four days. The whole co-op in one building.

Fall Market is where the co-op does business face to face. More than 1,200 vendors on the floor, Market-only buying deals, and 75 learning sessions across four days in downtown Indianapolis.

For LBM dealers there are two education tracks. Knowledge Central runs Friday in Rooms 231–245 with three complimentary time blocks. The LBM Learning Stage runs Saturday and Sunday on the Market floor, with sessions built specifically for lumber and building materials.

Sunday closes with the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, the CEO address from Dan Starr, and rebate distribution.

Who it is for

Built for the people running your yard

Market works hardest for the people who can act on what they see on the floor.

Owners & Principals

Set the buy for the year, collect your rebate at the Shareholders’ Meeting, and hear the company’s numbers direct from the CEO.

General Managers

Walk the floor with your category specialists, fix the operational friction that costs you margin, and take home systems that stick.

Sales Managers

Meet the vendors behind your top lines, learn what is closing right now, and bring a sharper story back to the counter.

Buyers

Nearly every session here lands on what you buy and what it costs. Meet the vendors behind your lines, see the Market-only deals first, and take the PricePulse read on lumber home with you.

Operations & Floor Staff

Truck turn times, warehouse layout, suggested ordering, kitchen and bath design. Bring the people who run the day, from the yard to the counter to the till.

What you will walk away with
